Mentor Guidelines

The Mission Statement
     

The mission of the TCU Electronic Business Assocation Mentor Program is to foster an exchange of professional ideas, friendship, and expertise among students and professionals. This program matches students with experienced professionals for guidance and support, while offering the mentor an opportunity to strengthen ties to the Electronic Business Program and to Texas Christian University .

As a mentor, you are the link between academic theories and the realities of the business world, so sign up now and discover the personal and professional benefits of making a difference in a student's career development.

 
Program Requirements & Guidelines
 
  • The student and the mentor will meet a minimum of three times during the academic semester.
  • The mentor will offer career guidance and advising to the student. As well as feedback on the student's resume and interview techniques.
  • The mentor will offer the student a chance to "shadow" them at their place of work.
