This program matches students with experienced professionals for guidance and support, while offering the mentor an opportunity to strengthen ties to the Electronic Business Program and to Texas Christian University .

• The student and the mentor will meet a minimum of three times during the academic semester.
• The mentor will offer career guidance and advising to the student. As well as feedback on the student's resume and interview techniques.
• The mentor will offer the student a chance to "shadow" them at their place of work.
